Meet The Team
Ken Min
CEO
•He has over 20 years experience in Network system R&D, System On Chip (SOC) R&D, Semiconductor Fab Technology ramp up from product side, mobile solution development, mobile solution business /partner development, product management – 4G 3G wireless platform / device development. SOC modem, Mobile Application Processor (AP), wireless and digital multimedia technology system to over 1 billion dollars for wireless semiconductor SOC (AP, mobile TV), mobile platform solutions, and DTV s/w platform.

He worked as VP of Engineering for Samsung Electronics and Hynix Semiconductor after working at Motorola network division. He also worked as North American CEO at T2M, as CEO at Kirklandpine, as SVP at CoAsia, and as Founder/VP marketing & Business Development at KayUS.

He received B.S. degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from University of Chicago at Illinois.
D. Kang
Principal Technical Engineering Lead
Dr. Kang has 25 years experiences in wireless modem SoC/ASIC architecture design, link/system level simulation, baseband HW/RF development, commercial product qualification, intersystem mobility, system level architecture design, project management, etc., of various mobile devices/systems such as WLL, WCDMA/HSDPA/HSUPA, HSPA, LTE, UMTS, and 5G.

He worked at Samsung Electronics, Huawei, etc as Senior/Principal engineer or Technical Specialist.

Dr. Kang received Ph.D. degree in E.E. from Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology(KAIST).

Charlie Moon
Director of Corporate Strategy and Business Development
Mr. Moon has over 20 years experience in business planning, corporate strategy, strategic alliance formation, business development, competitive intelligence and planning, organizational development, project management, and product development in tech industries.
He also has living experiences in S. Korea, China and USA with understanding of each market and customer behaviors along with various cultures, which resulted in notable outcomes and close personal networks globally.

He received MBA degree from KDI School of Public Policy and Management in S Korea.
Steve Hyun
Principal Wireless Technical Advisor
Dr Hyun has over 20 years experience in mobile network systems development and hardware engineering of CDMA, WiFi, and 4G WiMax systems. He is now working on CBRS, 4G/5G mobile network systems, especially in IoT, 28GHz fixed/mobile networks engineering, and other network deployment issues.

He worked at Samsung Electronics, Hyundai Electronics, Cisco Systems, Posco ICT, and other public WiFi engineering companies.
​
He received B.S.E.E. degree from Seoul National University and M.S. & Ph.D. degrees in E.E. from KAIST in S. Korea.
David Kim
Principal Technical Engineering Lead
Mr. Kim has over 21 years experience in EMC/RF/Safety compliance certification of mobile devices. He has expertise in UMTS (LTE,WCDMA,HSPA,GSM/GPRS, CDMA/EVDO) mobile devices and CBRS products in the areas of test management & planning, regulatory compliance, mobile OS platforms such as Android and Windows Mobile, and mobile applications. He also has excellent understanding of mobile devices industry, and proven records of team/delivery management for certified labs. He is well versed with operators & compliance requirements for Verizon and ATT.
He worked for Motorola Korea, Pantech USA, AnyDATA, UTStarcomm/M7 System, 7Layers, RED, CNCE dba CDC, and Spectralink.

He received B.S.E.E. degree from Pusan National University and M.S.E.E. degree from KAIST in S. Korea.
Alyssa Min
Platform / Marketing Advisor
Ms. Min has expertise in social platform development, product marketing/strategy/operation.
She worked for Google Inc. for 2 years in product marketing of Google Maps and Small-Medium Business (SMB). She also leads the development of a smart skincare discovery platform for personalized product recommendations since 2019 before joining TikTok as marketing.

Ms. Min experienced various internships at NexStreaming, Advanced Institute of Convergence Technology, and Samsung Electronics in South Korea.
​
She received B.A. degree in Business and International Relations from University of Southern California and completed DAAD Graduate Fellowship in economics at Johannes Gutenberg University of Mainz in Germany.
Damon Min
Operation Consultant / Advisor
He has 5 years experience in global supply management and business development at Byton, Sumo Logic and Lucid Motors including 1 year internships at Nexstreaming, Applied Materials, and Toyota North America.

He received B.A. degree in Business and Technology Operation from Cal Poly Pomona
